The holidays is just around the corner and it would be interesting to see scenes of the Filipino Christmas. It feels to festive and exciting!
Have you wrapped those presents yet? Christmas is all about giving: giving presents to ones we love and giving back to the community. Giving does not have to mean wrapping material presents and handing them out, giving is also wrapping our family with love.
Christmas is indeed the most wonderful time of the year. The streets are a-bursting with twinkling lights and the malls are filled to capacity. People shop, meet up with long lost friends, bond with families and happily watch the world go by.
I love Christmas! In fact, it’s my favorite time of the year. Everything feels lighter, happier during this time. The decor, the lights, the music that fills the air make the Filipino Christmas a very special one. People become friendlier, problems seem to disappear. The Filipino Christmas spirit is quite contagious, too!
My favorite place to go during Christmastime is the mall. Not because I shop all the time but because I see a lot of interesting scenes of the Filipino Christmas in these places. And the Christmas trees! I cannot even begin to describe just how festive the malls look because of their Christmas installations.
So here go the scenes of the Filipino Christmas that’s I’ve captured while going around, shopping and people-watching. If you have photos of the Filipino Christmas, please go ahead and post them in the comments section below. We’d love to see them!
